Due to COVID closing gyms, we have postposed our spring start and will only have this class start in 2020.
Make a difference in your career – while helping others get healthy. Join Bodymechanics School for our hands-on Olympia Certified Personal Trainer School. Bodymechanics School is an academic partner of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) – the premier personal trainer program in the US.
The Bodymechanics School mission has long been “to create exceptional massage practitioners” with a solid foundation in advanced bodywork techniques. Our massage school has been in Olympia since 1999. School owner, Shari Aldrich, LMT has committed to innovating and raising the bar to the education experience for those who desire to make a lasting change in the lives of those they touch. For that reason the Certified Personal Trainer Program is a valuable part of our education model.

The Bodymechanics School of Certified Personal Training is hands-on training, set in our school facility in Tumwater. We also regularly workout in other gyms to utilize many types of equipment.
Our students will have the unique opportunity to engage with the community and develop real case studies; as well as physically go through everything themselves. Students will get a step up on their professional careers as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through our interactive program, rather than imagine personal training while sitting in front of a computer.
Bodymechanics School in Olympia WA entered into an exclusive academic partnership with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to promote and implement the NASM curriculum for the following programs:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
- Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)
