Participants will learn how to safely and effectively incorporate Gua Sha into their practice and will gain hands-on experience through guided trade time. Instructor: Shanda Whitney

Instructor Bio: Shanda Whitney is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 17 years of experience in the field. She operates a successful full-time massage practice in Roy and is passionate about expanding her knowledge and sharing it with others. Certified in Gua Sha, Shanda quickly developed a deep appreciation for this healing art and began teaching her first classes in March in Vancouver. She looks forward to offering more educational opportunities, combining her expertise with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others grow in their practice.
