Class Description:
The In-Person Yomassage® Therapist Certification is an intensive 25-hour hybrid certification program that includes online content followed by an in-person practice day. During the training, you will immerse yourself in the Yomassage philosophy, learn about the nervous system, the mind-body connection, the fascial system, mindfulness, the benefits of touch, trauma-informed bodywork, learn how to structure classes, understand body mechanics, encourage self-massage techniques, utilize Yomassage positions, and incorporate modifications, adjustments, and contraindications. Upon completion of the training, you will have a deep understanding of the Yomassage practice, a variety of sample sequences and resources, and the freedom to incorporate your healing modality with the Yomassage class structure. Students can gain up to 25 CEU’s, depending on state requirements.
The in-person date is February 28th, online portion to be completed beforehand.
