These workshops are hands-on and engaging, all levels of experience with gua sha and cupping are welcome. Attend one class or the whole weekend. Taught by Carly Samish, LAc, LMT.
Cupping with the silicone cups is a simple and effective modality for pain relief, myofascial decompression, and relaxation. We will cover techniques for the whole body including neck and jaw cupping.
