Welcome to Integrative Health Clinic – Olympia, proudly sharing space and mentorship with Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy & Massage. IHC is an integrative health clinic that combines myotherapy, massage, chiropractic, corrective exercise and nutrition to bring you whole health solutions and corrective wellness. In the clinic, we are able to use noninvasive techniques to help alleviate symptoms of sports injuries, repetitive stress injuries and chronic pain through our corrective wellness program.
We help clients achieve an active lifestyle, including management of a variety of health conditions, fitness and weight management goals with our corrective wellness programs, boot camps and nutrition education program.

Massage And Myotherapy
Our staff are focused on treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and other associated conditions. We are prepared to provide extensive physical evaluation and offer an integrated therapeutic approach to affected muscles, joints, nerves and associated viscera.
Additionally, we treat both acute, chronic and preventative management of a variety of conditions.

Amanda joined the IHC team in 2014 and offers treatment of a wide variety of conditions. A chiropractic session includes examination of the biomechanics, structure and function of the spine; along with its effects on the musculoskeletal and nervous systems and its role in health and disease.
